Ultra Chem Labs' mission is to be a worldwide leader in the research, development, manufacturing and marketing of innovative, high value, high quality cleaning and protecting systems of chemical products for floor care, carpet care, multi-purpose cleaning and disinfecting, laundry and warewash. Our products will be the number one choice for customers desiring value over price, and are to set industry standards for quality, performance, simplicity, efficiency, effectiveness, versatility and protection to the end-user's patrons (patients, students, etc.), personnel, property, and the environment. These systems of products are to contribute significantly to the Distributor's incremental sales and market share, profitable growth and to their end-use customers' long-term loyalty.

To have a team-oriented organization who aggressively, pro-actively and strategically seeks out and maintains long-term relationships with 'Partner' distributors and their employees; and delivers annually a profitable growth in sales, and helps to establish and meet budgeted sales, gross profit, expense control, and economic value added.

We will accomplish this by ensuring that our products and level of service are of the highest quality and provide long-term value, as well as maintaining a level of excellence in the execution of operations (i.e. systems) which puts all competitors to shame.

During contact with distributors and end-use customers, at the very least, to offer as a reminder that good people should take sensible steps to protect their employees, assets, patrons, and the environment from the threat of chemical harm. Not only provide awareness and effective systems of products to clean and protect, but to enhance our end-use customer's quality of life by giving them the peace of mind that only comes when they are aware of the dangers and have protected themselves, their assets, employees, patrons and environment.
