All matter,
whether floors, walls, glass, metal, skin, etc., is made up of ionic
particles that consist of either positive or negative electrical
charges. When a surface / substrate is brand new, its ionic charge
is in equilibrium, or at a balanced state. Upon the very first cleaning
with conventional cleaners, the original ionic balance is disturbed
which then causes it to attract, like a magnet, additional soils.
Have you ever
noticed how long newly installed glass or carpet stays clean? Right
up until its first cleaning with conventional cleaners. That's all
it takes to alter its ionic balance which attracts the dust and
five particles at a much faster rate. |
| Conventional
cleaning chemicals perpetuate a vicious cycle. In fact, they can prepare
surfaces to accept certain type of soil more readily. Chemical manufacturers
commonly add alkaline ingredients that literally burn soils off, damaging
the surfaces they are meant to clean and protect. Ultra Chem Labs
has developed our Electrolytic Cleaning Technology to the point where
our formulas of in-house manufactured synthesised surfactants remove

returning substrates
and surfaces as close as possible to their original ionic-balanced,
'like new' condition. Electrolytic cleaning works by restoring the
original polarity balance of the surface being cleaned, so that
the soils literally 'pop' off. The surfaces are restored, resisting
resoiling naturally. Surfaces cleaned and protected with Ultra Chem
Labs' products and systems repel soils as if they were new.

| Conventional
floor strippers rely on unpleasant and toxic caustics and harsh solvents
to soften, attack and burn through old floor finish, often damaging
the flooring. To avoid using these ingredients that are hazardous
to people, property and the environment, Ultra Chem Labs developed
a unique technology we call Selective Chemical Implosion. Our 'Ultra
Floor Care Stripper' breaks the molecular locks and structure of the
floor finish by imploding it and causing the polymer structure to
disintegrate into rubble, which is then easily removed. The imploded
finish is not as slippery as is the case after most strippers have
been at work. There are no residuals of old finish left behind to
hinder the newly-applied finish. Our implosion 'Stripper' also contains
a Micro Foam catalyst which is released upon the impact of a harsh
pad or brush on the bare, unprotected floor. End-users save time,
labor costs and chemical costs, while helping to protect their people,
property and the environment. |
| Environmentally-Conscious

conventional floor finishes and sealers are formulated with polystyrene
and / or a benzene-based solvent. Styrene contributes to premature
discoloration of the film and overall is not kind to people, the environment
or property. Also, this type of polymer structure is too weak to protect
against today's soils and heavy traffic conditions. Chemical and labor
costs are adversely affected, because these kinds of finishes weaken,
discolor, shear or powder off, blister or peel and need to be stripped
frequently. |

Care Sealer' and Finishes incorporate our revolutionary Polymer
Technology to avoid these problems. An incredibly strong, safe film
or 'roof' is built over the substrate without relying on metal crosslinks,
hazardous formaldehyde or polystyrene polymers. Using 'Ultra Floor
Care Sealer' and Finishes rewards you with a finish that is incredibly
tough and durable, saving labor costs and ensuring maximum protection
for people, property and the environment. |

Thermal Catalyst Drying and Curing Agent Technology |

seals and floor finishes require long drying and curing times, increasing
labor costs and reducing personnel productivity. The Internal Thermal
Catalyst Drying and Curing Agent Technology, invented by Ultra Chem
Labs, speeds up drying and curing time to as little as 5 minutes.
You can now burnish between coats to enhance the drying and curing
process and improve the overall durability and appearance of the finish.
Secondly, this technology allows our 'Ultra Floor Care Sealer' and
Finishes to dry from the bottom up, making repairs to damaged wet
coatings from accidental foot traffic a snap. |

Neutralizer |

| Ultra
Chem Labs' fifth unique technology - our neutralizer - is used in
both our 'Ultra Floor Care' and 'Ultra Carpet Care' Systems. 'Neutralizer'
is made with a unique blend of special, highly effective food grade
acids. For 'Ultra Floor Care', it neutralizes and prepares hard and
resilient floors after stripping for proper adhesion of our 'Sealer'
and Finishes. It also chemically returns grout to its like new condition.
For the 'Ultra Carpet Care' program, 'Neutralizer' assists the extraction
process by removing the residuals left behind by previously used,
conventional carpet cleaning chemicals. As such, it is a vital component
of the 'Ultra Carpet Care' System. 'Neutralizer' can be used in the
same tank as the Ultra Chem Labs' carpet cleaners to further save
labor. |
