hot water extraction method is the use of a pre-spray followed by
extraction. But what of residues that most standard carpet cleaning

has perfected our Electrolytic Cleaning Technology to the point
where our formulas of in-house manufactured, synthesized surfactant remove soils electrolytically, returning carpets, as close as possible,
to their originally ionic-balanced, 'like new' condition. Electrolytic
cleaning works by restoring the original polarity of the fibers
being cleaned, so that the polarity of the fiber is neutralized
and the soils literally 'pop' off. The carpets are restored to 'like
new' condition, virtually residue free, resisting resoiling naturally.

| Ultra
Chem Labs' second unique technology in the 'Ultra Carpet Care' program
is a special neutralizer that assists the extraction process by removing
the residuals left behind by previously used, conventional carpet
cleaning chemicals. As such, it is a vital component of the 'Ultra
Carpet Care' System. 'Neutralizer' can be used in the same tank as
the Ultra Chem Labs' carpet cleaners to further save labor. It is
formulated using a unique blend of special, highly effective, food
grade acids. |

Every product

Carpets cleaned

System repel soils as if they were new.
The chemistry
of conventional cleaning compounds conflicts with Ultra Chem Labs'
products and will yield results that will be sub-standard if mixed.

'Ultra Carpet Care' System as directed,
an end-user can save as much as 20% to 40% in chemical costs and

| 1.Power
vac thoroughly with a commercial vacuum or pile lifter |
| 2.Pre-treat
(spray) with 'Clean'. Use in an injection
sprayer (i.e. Hydroforce) for best results. Allow 5 to 10 minutes
contact / dwell time. Most injection extraction systems share
one thing in common, the cleaning chemicals are in contact with
the carpet for only a fraction of a second. How much emulsification
and suspensions takes place using this method? Alternatively,
the pre-spray method allows chemical contact with the carpet
for 5 to 10 minutes, more effectively emulsifying soils for
easier removal |

scrub with a rotary machine (175-300 RPM) where necessary; |
| 4.Use
'Extract' in portable, self-contained
or truck-mounted extraction equipment. Add 'Neutralizer'
to 'Extract' solution if cleaning
carpets previously cleaned with conventional carpet cleaning
